Multistage Oil Purification Station (SO 12.2.2-38-100/32/16ME-70)
Oil purification station is designed
for multistage purification of contaminated oil from mechanical impurities and
water, purified oil
storage and supply to hydraulic systems.
Process of purification:
Stage 1.
Water and mechanical
impurities removal using a separator. Purified fluid is transferred to the gravity
separation reservoir, and waste – to the slime tank.
Stage 2.
Water and mechanical impurities removal using gravity separation method.
The tank comprises three sections of sequential purification by means of
gravity sedimentation.
Stage 3.
Fluid filtration from the third section of the slime tank to the
three-section circulation tank using coarse (100 micron) and prime (32 micron) filters.
Stage 4.
Fluid gravity separation in
the first section of the circulation tank.
Stage 5.
Oil circulation using fine filter (16 micron). Fluid from the third
section goes through the filter and to the second section of the tank.
