2003 – establishment of Educational Centre as a separate division under the direction of Chertkov Vladimir Nikolaevich by the resolution of Bodrov Valery Vladimirovich, Director General of “Educational Engineering centre” LLC.
2007 - establishment of autonomous nonprofit organization “Educational Engineering Centre” as a centre of continuing professional education and advanced vocational training for executives and specialists of Ural Federal District.
